Interest Rate
Starting at 9.99% up to 15%.
Maximum LTV
Up to 75% of After Repair Value (ARV). Unlike traditional lenders, we have no minimum down payment requirement.
Loan Size
We fund projects from $50,000 to $500,000.
Renovation Funds
We will provide funds for renovation in draws provided the total LTV remains below the 75% ARV threshold.
Closing Time
Close in as little as a few days.
