The process starts with a conversation. We'll walk through the property, your plan, timeline, and capital needs. This is where we determine fit, explore options, and structure financing that aligns with your strategy.
Receive Our Commitment
Once we're comfortable with the plan, we issue a formal funding commitment. This commitment is subject only to the issuance of a lender's title policy and verification of property insurance — giving you clarity and confidence early in the process.
Get Funded
We can fund in a matter of days. Once closing is complete, renovation funds are provided through draws as work is completed, ensuring capital stays aligned with progress.
