STEP 02

Receive Our Commitment

Once we're comfortable with the plan, we issue a formal funding commitment. This commitment is subject only to the issuance of a lender's title policy and verification of property insurance — giving you clarity and confidence early in the process.

STEP 03

Get Funded

We can fund in a matter of days. Once closing is complete, renovation funds are provided through draws as work is completed, ensuring capital stays aligned with progress.
